As a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with deep experience building digital products at scale, Rudra recognised a profound gap between the complexity of women's midlife health and the fragmented, dismissive care most women receive.
HerMidlife is his answer to that gap. A fully integrated, AI-assisted platform that combines evidence-based clinical care, personalised symptom guidance, and continuous digital support into one compassionate journey — designed for women everywhere, not just a single city or country.
Rudra leads product, engineering, and strategy at HerMidlife — ensuring every feature the team ships is grounded in real clinical workflows and built to give women faster, clearer, more compassionate care. His obsession is using technology to make healthcare more human, not less.
